These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Clever Click Self Storage LLC trading as Click & Store.

1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:
“You” / “Your”
The self-storage customer using our facilities and services.
“Us” / “We” / “Our”
Clever Click Self Storage LLC, a licensed self-storage company operating throughout Dubai.
“General Terms”
These Terms & Conditions governing our self-storage facilities and services.
“Pick-Up”
The arranged collection of your personal items for storage in our facilities, subject to a pre-agreed price as per our written quotation.
“Drop-Off”
The arranged delivery of your stored items from our facilities to an agreed address.
“Payment”
Any payment taken pursuant to a written quotation for pick-up, drop-off, self-storage services, deposits, or monthly storage fees.
“Prohibited Items”
Any items we do not permit in our self-storage units, as outlined in these Terms.
“Access”
Entry by you or a specifically authorised third party to your self-storage unit.
“Lock”
A padlock securing your self-storage unit.
2. Approved Items
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that the storage facility will be used exclusively for the storage of approved items.
You further agree to:
Complete the contents manifest accurately
Inform us of all items placed into storage
Ensure all stored items comply with these Terms & Conditions
3. Prohibited Items
We strictly prohibit the storage of any illegal or dangerous items. The following items are not permitted:
Food products
Live animals or dead animal products
Flammable materials (including fuel)
Welding materials
Explosive materials
Caustic or solvent materials
Compressed gases
Toxic or environmentally harmful products
Waste products
Dangerous goods (including weapons)
Illegal substances or contraband
Items containing lithium batteries
Any goods deemed hazardous, toxic, or likely to pose health or fire risks to people or property
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and grant us irrevocable authorisation to promptly remove, destroy, or confiscate any prohibited items discovered in your unit.
Such action may be taken without prior notice and shall be entirely at your sole risk and expense.
4. Access
You (or your authorised representative) may access your self-storage unit during our normal business hours:
Monday to Saturday
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Access is permitted only where your account is in good standing with no outstanding arrears.
We reserve the right to deny access where any payments remain overdue until all outstanding amounts are settled in full.
If you require access outside standard business hours or on public holidays, you must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice. All arrears must be cleared before access is granted.
Third-Party Access
To authorise another individual to access your unit, you must notify us in writing in advance using the contact details registered on your account.
We may request:
A copy of your identification
Photographic identification of the authorised individual
This authorisation process must be repeated for each access request.
You remain fully responsible for any third party you authorise and assume all associated risk relating to loss, theft, or damage caused by them. We accept no liability in such circumstances.
Lost Keys
If you lose your key, we may cut the padlock with your permission in order to grant access. A fee of AED 50 will apply.
5. Our Liability
Unless specifically agreed under our Click & Store Care policy, our total liability for any loss, theft, fire, or damage to your goods shall not exceed:
AED 3,000 per self-storage unit
We will only be liable where:
The loss or damage resulted directly from our negligence, and
You notified us in writing as soon as reasonably practicable after discovery
We are liable only for items that were:
Clearly listed on the contents manifest, and
Packed and collected, or packed and delivered, by us
We accept no liability for:
Items not correctly listed on the manifest
Damage or loss to items packed by you
Electrical or mechanical faults in stored appliances or instruments
Damage to fragile items unless specifically covered under our Care policy
Loss or damage during transportation where you packed the items or failed to declare them properly
You acknowledge and agree that your items are suitable for transport and storage entirely at your own risk.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds will be provided for:
Unoccupied days during the storage period
Prepaid terms
Notice periods
Pick-up or drop-off cancellations and postponements are non-refundable where less than 48 hours’ written notice is provided.
We will not refund pick-up or drop-off charges where cancellation or postponement results from:
Lack of building or community access
Failure to obtain required permits or permissions
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. If that method has expired or is no longer valid, you must promptly provide alternative payment details.
7. Payments
We are committed to transparent pricing. You will receive monthly invoices and statements by email detailing all storage charges.
Upon commencement of services, we will generally establish a Direct Debit or Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) using the payment card you provide.
By using our services, you expressly authorise us to charge your debit or credit card each month for all applicable storage fees until proper notice is provided and your account is closed.
Deposits
We require an initial non-refundable deposit equivalent to four weeks of storage charges.
This deposit is used for your first four weeks of storage. Our minimum storage term duration is four weeks.
If, for whatever reason, you don't receive our services or decide to cancel before we collect your items, we will return this upfront deposit to your payment card, subject to our discretion.
Billing Structure
Storage is priced weekly
Storage is charged at the end of each billing month
Partial weeks are charged on a pro-rata basis
Agreements automatically renew monthly until terminated correctly
You must ensure sufficient funds are available at all times. We accept no responsibility for bank or card charges arising from failed or declined payments.
8. Notice Period
Your storage agreement automatically renews monthly.
To terminate your agreement, you must provide at least:
Four (4) weeks’ written notice
You may pay the notice period in advance. However:
No refund will be provided if items are removed early
If all items are not removed before expiry of the notice period, the notice becomes invalid
A fresh four-week notice period will then apply
9. Arrears & Non-Payment
You must ensure the payment method on file contains sufficient funds to cover your storage fees.
If payment is not received, we may charge a default fee of:
AED 25 per square foot of storage space for every week in arrears
We may attempt to contact you via:
Phone
Email
WhatsApp
using the details you provided.
If arrears remain unpaid for more than 30 days and we are unable to contact you, ownership of the stored items will automatically transfer to us.
We may then dispose of or sell the items in order to recover outstanding amounts.
10. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Services
Pick-up and drop-off services are subject to the pricing set out in our written quotation.
You are responsible for ensuring proper access to your address, including any required:
Security permissions
Community permits
Building access approvals
Additional Space
If your items exceed the agreed storage capacity during pick-up, we may:
Leave some items behind, or
Issue a revised quotation for additional space
Any additional storage space requires payment of an additional four-week deposit in advance.
Delays & Waiting Charges
If:
Additional packing is required,
Items are not ready,
Access is delayed, or
Our team is forced to wait,
we may apply a waiting fee of:
AED 50 per 10 minutes
If delays impact other scheduled jobs, our team may leave and you may need to arrange and pay for a new pick-up slot without refund.
11. Storage Fee Reviews
Our storage charges per square foot may increase periodically in line with inflation or operating costs.
Where an increase is necessary, we will provide at least:
One month’s written notice
before applying revised pricing.
12. Assignment & Sub-Contracting
We reserve the right to:
Assign our rights under this agreement, or
Sub-contract any part of the services provided
All Terms & Conditions shall remain fully applicable and enforceable in such circumstances.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to seek resolution through informal arbitration rather than through the courts.
Both parties agree to be bound by the decision of a suitably qualified industry or legal specialist selected by us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of:
The Emirate of Dubai
The United Arab Emirates
No other implied terms shall apply.
